I shoot photos for a few sports teams each season and strive to create something different than most other high-volume photography companies. As a sports coach myself for more than 15 years, I understand how to work with teams, players, coaches, and families and the importance of shooting great photos in an organized and efficient way. It’s my hope that the kids themselves will love the photos, share them with their friends, and that teams will enjoy an image that reflects the pride, teamwork, dedication, and sacrifices they make over the season. Great photos build confidence, team morale, and preserve a memory of the season for years to come. Each team photo is a one-of-a-kind image that your league, team, players, and parents will love.

Working directly with your league or team coach, manager, or team parent, we’ll find a time and location that works as easily and efficiently as possible. I’ll come to your team’s game or practice location, set up a portable studio, and take photos of the individual players and team. It normally takes just 5 minutes per player to get the shots we need, with about 30 minutes setup time beforehand.

Back in the studio, I’ll edit each photo individually and build a great team photo for the team. This normally takes about a week. Then photos are printed at a local lab (I usually use Bay Photo, located in Santa Cruz) and the photos are either distributed to the manager or coach, or mailed directly to the players, whichever you prefer.

There are no upfront cost to the team or players, and no travel, setup, or session fees for the day of shooting. Photo packages are ordered by players/families beforehand, and after the shoot additional photos are available in a wide range of sizes and finishes (including some great options, like metal, prints, and canvas prints).

Photo packages are purchased by players prior to the shoot, and can be made with a form handed out by coaches or ordered online. After the shoot, players are provided a private link where they can view the photos and order additional prints and products. Each order also includes digital files of their photos so they can share their photos through email and online on their social media pages.

All coaches receive a free team photo. Posters, panoramas, player cards, and other options are also available.
